Abstract
The study aims to present a model for gifted care in Saudi Arabia,
"future model ". The model was built on the objectives of Saudi Arabia's
future vision of education. The Study relied on the analytical descriptive
approach in preparing this proposed model using the scenario method by
taking advantage of previous experiences, contexts, implications, theses
and future models, as well as access to educational and scientific
publications on local and international programs and the programs
implemented in the field of gifted and talented education, records and
documents related to the care of gifted students organizations. Through
the results, It was found through the results that the Saudi vision looks at
the human element as the most important wealth owned by the nation
and shows the extent to which Islamic and moral values are strengthened
for students, as well as the interest in providing diverse and fair
educational opportunities for gifted students, through qualifying and
training talented students to be qualified to serve society in the future As
well as providing programs based on the needs and requirements of
gifted students. In addition, the educational environment that stimulates
creativity and innovation requires the availability of many basic elements
to raise the level of the educational environment through the equipment
of facilities, laboratories, advanced halls, activities and projects related to
the environment. It also indicated the need for the participation of the
private sector in terms of establishing educational buildings or special
centers for the gifted or providing some equipment that might support
gifted programs. The importance of having a good evaluation and
evaluation system has also been evident.
